Audio from Venue coming into PT over HDx is about -20 db

hey guys,

ive been doing some some live recording with the venue using hdx into an HD2 Accel rig running PT 7.4.2. The levels getting tracked into PT are way less than what's hitting the board. What am i missing? Thanks a lot.
