The marketing email I received states:
In addition, you also now have access to SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition—an automation platform that enables you to perform complicated, click-heavy tasks with a single keystroke—as part of your Pro Tools Studio subscription or perpetual license support plan.
Is this the same product introduced for Ultimate users earlier this year?

According the the email from Avid:
SoundFlow Cloud Avid Edition is now included with all Pro Tools Studio and Pro Tools Flex annual subscriptions, as well as with all Pro Tools Studio and Pro Tools Ultimate perpetual licenses with an active support plan.

I have a perpetual license and an active support plan for Studio but SoundFlow does not appear in my products.

Please help.

I checked the accounts for those of you that posted in this thread and see it in some accounts. If you don't see it at/near the bottom of my.avid.com/products please click the "Claim..." button under My Products as mentioned at https://soundflow.org/avid and reply back if it's still not in your account.

I'm sorry but while the green "you are eligible" appears at https://soundflow.org/avid nothing about SoundFlow appears in my.avid.com.

The last few things I see are the Melodyne Essential and the Pro Tools Inner Circle.
