Default DV toolkit - newbie questions

hi there,

i'm looking into purchasing DV toolkit for a sound editing project - i really need that timecode function - and just want to doublecheck that all my current specs will be compatible and happy with it.

i'm currently running protools 6.1 LE with an MBOX with no problems on an HP media center, windows XP. will the DV toolkit software be compatible with my MBOX?

i was also curious how DV toolkit plays and synchs video... does it require a certain video format for playback and such? (mov? mpeg?)

thanks for your time and wisdom!

dusty
