Avid phone support is saying I do not have support but I have an active support plan
Hi. I need a 50-pin internal connector for my HD IO chassis. I called AVID support and it asked me for a system ID with active support plan. I entered it then the service says I do not have support even though I do. On the website it says ACTIVE Your Software Updates + Support Plan renews on Jun 06, 2023. I created the deprioritized case which is 04510647
