Can S1 follow Plugin/Send/Pan/... selection on Avid Control?

Hi!

Is it possible that S1 follows what i select in Track View on the Control app?

Say i choose a plugin on Insert C in Control and S1 goes into insert view and maps the plugin parameters of this plugin on the encoders?

Kind of. On the General tab in Eucon preferences, change "Open Windows Workstation When Knobs Assigned From DAW click" from Avid Control to Channel Mode Knobs.

That is probably as close as you can get.

It seems that I´d like to have both "Channel Mode Knobs" and "Avid Control" enabled.
And I want to have that the parameters in Control follow the parameters on the S1 and vice versa.
Can't figure out how this could work...

There is not currently a way to lock and AC with S1 like you can with the Dock.

Its not perfect, but if you are selecting your tracks from AC or the S1, the knobs and AC should both attention the same track.

Do you have "Attention on Select Button Press" checked?

You will have to manually manage what part of the channel you are viewing on each AC and S1. This is kind of an advantage though. You can view EQ on one, DYN on the other if you want. Or sent them both the same.

I originally started with two S1's. I was about to purchase a 3rd, but a friend recommended checking out the Dock. It has become indispensable for me.
