Default clipboard content - where?

Does anyone have an idea where protools saves the clipboard?
It seems to be deleted when closing the session(?)

Yes the vast majority of the clipboard is cleared when a session is closed. The only exception I'm aware of is text - you can copy a comment for example in one session and paste it in another and that data is kept.

If you're trying to move data between one session and another use the import session data function.
