Default Where are my Instrument Plug Ins?

I am a complete Newbie. Have installed my version of Pro Tools 11, on my Mac Pro - However, when I create a New Instrument Track (or any other compatible type of track) and got to Inserts/Plug Ins/Instruments - I don't see any instruments.

All of the literature states that Pro Tools comes with a selection of Virtual Instrument plug ins - so, where are mine?

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks,

Kyle
