Quiet PCs (Recording in same room as PC) Advice?

Hello PTLE PC Users

I need to upgrade my case (X-Infinity) or my fans and power supply to reduce the noise when recording with a mic. Has anybody achieved this? I am looking for best results first and economy second.
All help is always greatly appreciated. Thanx
