Default adjust levels and monitoring help

Hello DUC'ers. Can anyone tell me is there a way I can type in the volume level on a fader (for some reason, I've only been able to move it up and down, but can type the exact volume, i.e. "-12" or "1".

And also is there a way I can see the exact db level on all my meters?

Yeah if you click the button to bring up the individual channel and then click on the volume you can type it in. Also, if you hold the control key while moving the fader it will move in smaller increments allowing you to set the exact level you want.

I have one more question, is it possible to direct monitor the s/pdif in with the mbox2? I was able to do this with the analog inputs, but I find I have to make a track first, and arm it in cubase.

Pretty sure the answer to this one is a NO.
