Exclamation Once again, i need help..sigh

hey, i posted this question in the wrong area before.

can someone please tell me if i set up my external hard drive for pro-tools in the right manner?

i went to the workspace found the external hard drive im using,
switched it to "R" for record.

and turned my internal hard drive to "P" for playback


are these the right settings?
