Strange Cursor Jumping Issue PT 12.4
I've had this issue several times where I click on an audio file to highlight a section and the click point stays where I initially picked, but the highlight jumps ahead by a few seconds. Very annoying.
I've tried different modes, different tools, different tracks, the cursor simply won't click and highlight/drag right where I put it. The highlight literally skips forward, ahead of where I am clicked. I need to close PT and restart my computer to clear this issue. Anyone else?

Re: Strange Cursor Jumping Issue PT 12.4
That sounds like a possible problem with your mouse or its' cable.

Re: Strange Cursor Jumping Issue PT 12.4
Yeah. I don't know if this is the same problem as yours, but when I do some kind of particular combination of key commands (no idea what), what actually happens is the El Crapitan shifts the whole screen slightly off kilter. Sometimes it's so subtle as to be barely perceptible, other times you're doing some editing and the mouse isn't lined up and then you suddenly notice a small black border on one side of the screen that wasn't there before. It's almost like El Crapitan gets stuck swapping between "desktops" (another useless "feature") that I accidentally instigated with some as yet undiscovered key command. The only way out I've found it to log out and in again. Dreadful OS.
