EUCON Network Connection Not Found

I have installed the latest version of EUCON 2021.10.1 - running Pro Tools 2021.12.0 and macOS 12.3.1 Monterey - but as soon as I start it comes up with this error message. Installed and uninstalled numerous times but no joy...

HELP!!
