I too am having the same problems. I the middle of a session I was interrupted for new credit card info. I updated, and it says everything is good on avid. Go to ilok and it says expired.

Case: 03108846

Please help. I have a delivery due in a few hours. This is incredibly stressful.

Same as everybody else explained.
Signed to Avid Pro Tools Edu-Plan, it worked for 2 months. Now for 4 weeks I've been trying to handle it myself.. Totally failed. Synced everything, updated everything. I guess I need to check for other programs to finish school work, but now that I paid, I want it to work.
Please fix this.

Heya Jeffro,

Started up PT tonight (12.6x) and all was good. Updated to 12.7 now my license is borked.... It's a perpetual license and my plan is good until 04/2017.

I've submitted a case but I'm a bit old fashioned so I thought I would post here too..

Found your case and checked your account... you have a Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 bundle which authorizes 10.0-12.5.2. A new license/bundle is required for 12.6/later (see the FAQ). Will follow up via your support case.
