Default Making comments for specific playlists

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to make comments pertaining to a specific playlist and not having those same comments show up on every playlist?

Hmmm, good question. I do remember a 1-5 star rating option, but never actually used that. You could also add several Playlists and name each to suit your needs. Then as soon as you finish a pass that works, immediately drag the clip to the relevant Playlist. Hopefully, someone with deeper experience will chime in. I try my best to keep to 3-5 Playlists as tracking more can become a comping headache Another thing to try; name your tracks(at the very start of recording) with .01 at the end of the track name(ie LdVoc.01). This way, you know that LdVoc.01 is take #1 and each time you create a new playlist, the numbering will automatically change to match the take number(LdVoc.02, LdVoc.03, etc)

Create a midi track and add it to your playlist group. Put a clip on the midi track and write your notes on the clip (instead of a clip name.) Do that for every midi-playlist track. When you cycle through playlists, the clip will change also with the different notes for that playlist.

This is a good work around I’ll give it a try!
