Default No xpand2 update fixing mouse scrolling through parts !

I se there is a 8.0cs1 update avalible, but it says nothing about a Xpand2 fix for mouse scrolling through parts list not working or setting the hi/lo range keys with mouse. Dissapointing.

I wonder if Digidesign could say something about this. Is it or is it not a bug ?

Sounds more like a feature request, not a bug. However, it does sound like it should be on a short list for new features.

For future reference, if you want to be SURE that someone will get your request for info, please use the Tech Support Request Form, as there are far, far too many posts on the DUC for us to see or reply to every one.

Now, as far as your problem goes - can you be more specific about what you're seeing? I don't see any problems reported of this nature...

I'll need your complete system specs as well as what kind of mouse/scrollwheel you're using.

Having problems with scrolling with my Logitec wireless mouse through parts in Xpand2. Im trying to point the mouse over one of the parts windows in xpand2. When I try to scroll nothing happens. I have to click on the window to open the instrument I want to use.

Another thing i think must be wrong is that setting hi/low key range with right clicking the mouse doesnt work. The state of the range is not remembered when I try to save a patch and reload it.

This is what I miss most about the Xpand2 upgrade. I love the ability to scroll quickly through the palette of sounds. I hate being slowed down during composing!

Same issue here, and it's a major creativity killer! Using a logitech mx revolution.

That's interesting cause this isn't the first account of the mouse scrolling issue.
