Projectmix line output configuration
I will be purchasing an outboard preamp and will be inputting through the line inputs on the project mix. When I do this, will the inputs still pass through the projectmix preamp stage in any way and possibly pickup noise from the projectmix electronics or will the signal bypass the preamps completely?

Re: Projectmix line output configuration
I'm pretty sure the line inputs run through the preamps.
Get an AD device and run your outboard gear through SPDIF or ADAT optical. |
