7.4 video engine failed to initialize
Just installed 7.4 on two of our systems, one has a V10 the other a Mojo. Both systems fail to initialize the video engine, tried everything I can think of and everything Digi UK can think of too. Anyone else had this problem?
Running Windows XP Pro SP2 on a XW8200 HD2 Thanks Tony |

Re: 7.4 video engine failed to initialize
Hi greenwood,
I'm going to ask 2 obvious questions. Firstly, which firewire port is the avid video device connected to? Secondly, if you open up computer management, do you see the mojo or v10 in the audio/video devices? If so, are they working properly? Best, Brandon

Re: 7.4 video engine failed to initialize
Hi Brandon
The firewire port used is the on board one, the devices all seem to be fine under computer management. Tony |
