RME ADI8 AE compare with ADI8 Pro
What is the difference? I saw some website said that AE is using a different convertor..

The AE does use a different, and lessor converter.
It's the converter from an older production run of one of their sound cards. |

Hi,
http://www.rme-audio.com/english/adi/adi8ae.htm The AE version is actually closer to the DS version rather than the 8Pro. You'll see that the A/D uses a slightly lesser converter (but still 96k). The rest of the unit is apparently the same as the DS. Looks a bargain if that's the neck of the woods (price-wise) you're in. Best regards, Haigbabe
