Im on PT12.0HD (without support plan), crazy Output monitoring bug holds me up to work with. Does something like this was fixed in 12.1..
Where do I get a support plan for my HD system????

Apart from that feels a bit like I getting forced to buy it because it's a pain in the ass to work with 12.0 with this bug to me.

Got my HD system bundle in Dec 2014 it's poor that it don't work well since I payed that much money on it already, in 11 had bugs, 12.0 brought a big new one to me..

I need help to solve this, let me know about the update plan don't want to stuck on a bugged version of PT, thanks

Have you tried 12.1? You can always revert back if it doesn't work for you.

Unfortunately, Avid hasn't announced HD support plans yet.

No , I can't try 12.1, because I don't have an update plan on my 12HD version which the Avid support offered me back then.

UPDATE: I found 12.1 installer in my download section!!

Not in the App manager but I just downloaded it on the avid account download page and have a try now! ;-) Thx, Hope it works

Do you know if I have to remove everything from 12.0 on my Mac Pro ? It's crazy to get all Plugins to a new pro tools version fit In again every time, is there a trick i don't know maybe?

I almost always just install on top of previous version.

Certainly for a .1 release I would and did.
