Question audio clock issues on a windows 7 system with a digi 003 rack

So. Ive upped my ram to 6gb and now pro tools will open sessions fine but wont playback. When press the play button in the session, i get an error window saying, "Problem detected with audio clock. Check that your source and sample rate are correct." Ive checked everything and dont know what to do. This happens in with every session. I have not been able to play one session yet. Thank you for your help.

In PT got to Setup>hardware then Setup>Playback Engine.

Take notes of all the settings & report back. The more info about your whole system that you can provide, the more help you are likely to get.

In setup>Hardware, have you tried changing the sample rate? Try them all & see if problem occurs @ every rate.

I went to setup>hardware and all the sample rates are fixed. the only way i can see to change them is to actually save a differnt copy of the session and convert the sample rate there b
ut i opened many sessions and none of them gave me the option to change the sample rate in hardware under setup, regardless of the rate. Is there something that i am missing?

Sorry I think I didn't make myself clear, what you describe is normal. What I'm trying to ascertain is whether or not the problem exists when using different sample rates regardless of what session is running. So create new 'Test' sessions with different sample rates.

Did you have this system up and running ok before you upgraded the RAM?

Probably need to provide more info as well, for a start repost Sandra report;
Also
What OS?
What version of PT?

So here is the Sandra Report that I was able to create, It has the computer overview and the mainboard info but I did not paste the rest into this reply because it is sooooo long(and wont fit) and i noticed that all the other sandra reports posted were mostly of just the comp overview. Let me know if i need to run a specific report to get the help i need. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH AGAIN.

I only see a single hard drive and you need a second drive for sessions. I see a VIA firewire controller and those don't work well(need a TI controller). I see integrated graphics which CAN be a show stopper. Its an AMD processor so you might need the "dual core hotfix"(google that). Wifi needs to be disabled when running Pro Tools. You have 2GB of RAM, which is dead minimum for running Windows, never mind that it is being shared by the graphics card AND trying to run Pro Tools(might be worth adding a second 2GB stick of the identical RAM).
