Default stringout quick tips??? Macros????

I am needing to stringout 30-40 different samples ranging in length from about 3 sec. to 2 min. all on a stereo track with about ten seconds of space in between each of them. Its quite a time consuming proccess to import all of the files into the bin, then drag them individually on to a track and eyeball the space, especially when you have 4 or 5 different sessions to do. I am wondering if there is a way in PT to lay a bunch of audio files from the bin in order onto a track, or if there is a program or a way to record macros specifically for PT? any suggestions or help would be great.
thank you
