Pro Tools MP9 to 11 + Fast Track Ultra Question

Hi,

Two years ago I purchased the Fast Track Ultra and PT MP9 bundle. The computer I was running it on has since died about 6 months ago and I've recently purchased a new one, which requires me to crossgrade.

I apologize for the probably very amateur question but I'm a little confused about the MP to 11 cross grade. It says I'll need the hardware serial number from one of these:

• Mbox Family (3rd Generation) — Mbox Pro, Mbox, Mbox Mini
• Eleven Rack
• 003 Family — 003 Rack, 003 Rack+, 003 (console)
• Mbox 2 Family (2nd Generation) — Mbox 2 Pro, Mbox 2, Mbox 2 Mini, Mbox 2 Micro
• Digi 002 Family — Digi 002 Rack, Digi 002 (console) VENUE FWx Option Card

I'm assuming I'm covered but to make sure…does the Fast Track Ultra fall under one of those categories/do I qualify for the crossgrade?

Also, while I'm asking (and this is probably a dumber question), where would I find the hardware serial number? Is that the code that's on the interface itself? Would it be possible to get an example of what that serial number should look like?
