MIDI Learn for faders and knobs?

Hi,

Does PTLE has some kind of function similar to Reasons "midi learn", so you can assign faders and knobs to be controled by an external midi controler?
I have a M-Audio Trigger Finger unit and I'd like to use it to control faders and knobs in the edit and mixer window. Is that possible? How could I setup those assignments?

No.


You would have to reprogram it to act like the CS-10 as directed in Appendix a, page 77 of the MIDI controllers guide. It's actually pretty easy to do with the Enigma software that is available from MAudio. Then make sure that you have the Legacy MIDI controller profile for your PT version in the proper directory, and select CS-10 as a controller in PT.

NOTE: I haven't done this with the trigger finger, but I have done it with the MAudio Ozonic.
