Mbox Studio firmware crash

After having the usual intermittent disconnect with the mbox studio I attempted to do the upgrade to 1.02.
The application Mbox Control installed on Mac Os Monterey 12.6. However it asked to do a firmware upgrade that never completed. The software now says "Unable to connect to device". Obviously with an incomplete firmware it can't boot. Is there a way to reboot the mbox studio to the original firmware. I have been unable to reach support at avid. I dont have an asc and have never been in touch with them. What is the best way to reach for support? Thanks
