having problem with impact gx61

hi,
my Nectar Impact GX61 keyboard is not recognized by Pro Tool 11. I work with Windows 10. Unfortunately I had a problem with my computer and had to reinstall everything. my midi controller is the only thing that doesn't work. I've already tried all possible options in the midi editor and perihperals and nothing works.
I would appreciate your help. thanks

Have you checked Setup>MIDI>MIDI Input Devices…?
