Mix window scrolls?

Hey

not even sure how to suggest a fix for this as I cant explain it too well. but here goes.

When in the mix window.. of I say add a plugin on the track in the middle of the screen.., soon as the plugin is on track the entire mix window then jumps left, so the track with the newly inserted plugin is now the first track in the window.

Hope that makes sence!.

Its been buggin me for days. and is really confusing with windows jumping everywhere, especially bad in a busy session. (this is all when no music is playing)

I have looked around options but cant seen to fix it..

Anyone experience this too? - Im on Protools 12.8.2, PTHD
