I am looking for recommendations on a Macro program for Pro Tools on Windows 7.

Autohotkey is the best though it takes a lot to learn. The easiest is to buy a Logitech gaming keyboard with the programmable "G" keys and comes with macro software to program the keys.

I really like the Logitech G510 keyboard, except for the fact that it's rubber-dome. But yes, the the banks of 18 dedicated keys with custom macros are really convenient (as is the LCD display with the C2DtoG15 monitoring applet)
