PT Subscription to PT Ultimate Subscription Crossgrade?

I swear I searched for this and couldn't find a straight answer, but... I have a recurring PT subscription; I want to upgrade it to Ultimate. All the crossgrade stuff I've seen is for perpetual licenses. What's the path for subscription to subscription? Anyone know?
