Need new licensed recovered for my protools 10 My Ilok was stolen

I never registered my protools so I can’t find the system I D for it. I have already reported my stolen Ilok to Ilok.com as stolen. I have already filed a police report. But I have no way of getting in touch with avid customer service. I also have spent 40 bucks and 80 bucks on support codes but the codes have not been issued to me so I can call avid customer support. Someone please help Avid is so I heard to get in touch with.

P.S. Avid Support Codes are added to your Products page, but might still be in Products Not Yet Downloaded if they didn't get redeemed during purchase.

Found your account and the ASC is in your Products. Also, CS has already resolved the license issue through one of your support cases.
