Default Avid play - Album takedown takes ages

Hello everyone

I uploaded an album 3 months ago but realized I had some spelling errors in the files so I wanted to take it down and re-upload the corrected songs. Now I'm waiting for 3 months for the ok to delete the tracks and re-upload. When I open the Project on my Avid Play it reads:
Your album is under processing so you can't make any changes please come back after some time !

that time is now 3 monts - does anyone know how I can get support for that stuff or shall I just cancel my AvidPlay subscribtion (I already stopped the auto renewal )

Any tips are very appreciated - I'm loosing my temper over here

thanks for checking in on my case. I got an e-mail from Jovelyn at Avid support. When I tried to e-mail her back the mail bounced ... so now how do I contact you guys?
