Hi,
I have an active ProTools Ultimate Annual Subscription (paid Monthly), the monthly recurring payment is routed via PayPal. Recently, my credit card got upgraded, hence I updated my New Card on PayPal and removed the old one. This morning I got an email from Avid saying the payment didn't go through and there continues to be a problem processing the renewal of my Avid subscription software. Upon checking my Avid Master Account, I get to see this. http://duc.avid.com/attachment.php?a...1&d=1554111926 So I clicked on the Update Payment Method, only to find some error codes. http://duc.avid.com/attachment.php?a...1&d=1554112078 I don't know how else to reauthorise/update my payment for the subscription. I am afraid that the subscription may get cancelled due to non-receipt on payments. Can somebody help me out with a solution? I am really scared because I have 4 ongoing projects on priority. |
