I would like to switch from an annual plan to a monthly paid option. I purchased a week ago. Can I do this in my account? THX Best regards

You can check with the store using the HELP/CHAT button on the right side to inquire about this, but understand that the annual subscription is basically a 1 year contract ("Save money when you commit to 12 months"). Thanks.

of course I would ask to switch, not to cancel the whole thing. Is there a payback guarantee 30 days or so with AVID products? No chat found, but I wrote my request.

Changing from annual to monthly (if allowed) would only cost more so you'd be better off disabling auto-renew and at the end of a year you could buy a new monthly subscription. I know part of the purchase process is an agreement that states "subscription products are not eligible for return or early termination" but please watch for a response from the store team and follow up there. Thanks.
