Default new user. how to change emphasis

Hi,
In the web version of Scorch, I can play a score with all instruments but one reduced in volume, with the one I am interested in louder. I have not figured out how to do this on the iPAD app yet, and need some help. Is it possible? How? Note I am using an older iPAD with iOS 5.1.1..

There is a mixer panel. When score is playing, bottom right corner is a line with arrow, tap that and you should be able to adjust the levels. If not sure, there should be a tap to get started guide in your library and its on about the 6th page.
