PT 6.4.1 crashing when importing audio!!??

Every time I try to import audio to a track, Pro Tools crashes! HELP
System:
G4 Dual 1.25 mirror door
OS 3.9
1.75 gigs ram
ProTools 6.4,1 Mixplus, extra mix farm and extra farm cards

We've experienced the same problem too. I would guess that something in the session file has become corrupt. The only work around we found was to open a new session and import session data from the corrupt session to the new session. You should be able to once again import audio to your session. Hope this helps.

If you're getting a crash log can you post it...sounds similar to my problem which I posted called "6.4.1 Mix Crash.Mine crashes when navigating through folders with either the bounce to disk window open or the import audio window open.

Thanks Helena and Chris, I also found that 6.4 dosen't like certain drives.
