Timepiece

My current setup is a Digi 002R with a Presonus Digimax LT linked via ADAT. I am trying to figure out if there is any benefit to me using a Master Tiempiece or sticking with the Digi clock on the 002R. The MTP's I am looking at are the Apogee Big Ben and the MOTU AV MTP. Any input would be great.
