Default Project Fails to Open due to File Size

Hi,
I had three projects saved on online with AVID Pro Tools | First.

Now, all three of the projects would open. The "Status" in the Pro Tools "Task Manager" window is the same for all three:
"Failed: File size exceeds availa"

Any ideas of how to get those files to download? I really need at least one of those files as it was a project I had done with my two children and my wife *really* wants a copy.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Technical details:
mid-2011 Mac
OS v 10.13.6

ProTools | First v 2019.6.0
