Default Pro Tools 2019.5 & Mojave crashes every time
Tried to open PT 2019.5 20 times now, crashes every time...

same here - check plugins - I removed izotope and everything was working fine!

Izotope Post Production Suite 3 here in use (2019.5/latest Mojave). No problems.
I have worked 9 hours now without a single problem.
So might be something else.

So, here is the strange thing - I have 2 administrator accounts. PT2019/Mojave open just fine in one, but not in the other (the one I use all the time, of course...!). Why might that be?

Latest - I can now open a blank session directly from the PT application, but can't open existing sessions.

Are you using an approved mac? Have you done the troubleshooting tips?

I upgraded last night on a 2018 mac mini and everything has been perfect so far.

Is it Protools standard or ultimate? It seems only 1 of the 2013 imacs are supported for ultimate.


Supported Processors (Pro Tools | Ultimate, Pro Tools | HD & Standard):
Late 2013 27" iMac14,2 Quad-Core i7 'Haswell' 3.5 GHz

Supported Processors (Pro Tools Standard only):
Late 2013 21" iMac14,1 Quad-Core i7 'Haswell' 3.1 GHz
Late 2013 21" iMac14,1 Quad-Core i5 'Haswell' 2.7 GHz
