HUMM? first you might want to list your system info. Mac ? Pc ? etc.


Also unclear as what you are actually doing and seeing . First you sure you are on the Dashboard page ?

Because you actually launch Pro tools by double clicking the PT icon either in Applications or in your dock on your desktop

Then it should launch the Dashboard

Hi, thanks very much for the responses. I am using a PC. The issue was that on the dashboard page, I did not realize I still had to click on "Install" near the bottom to actually open the software. I got confused I thought I had already installed it. Also, an instructional video I watched made it look like there was an orange tab labeled "Open" that you could click on, and I did not have that on my dashboard.
