Akai MPK225

Sorry if this thread in the wrong place, I'm new to this forum...

Did anyone faced a problem with connectin Akai midi keyboards to PT 12?
Device working properly in Ableton. Used the guide from Akai website, step by step. Nothing helps. Maybe someone have a solution?
