C24 power supply replacement

Hi

Plenty of stuff on here about the notorious C24 power supplies.Mine was exchanged free a number of years ago but has just packed up.
It is a sky net power supply and they say they offer a flat rate repair
$40 or $60 for international.Great…but I have submitted the request form twice ,emailed them,even tried phoning but nothing.
Tried the uk agent listed on their website,who tried to help unsuccessfully
and pointed me back to sky net.
Can't seem to find a digi repair centre in the uk.
Can't find anywhere on the avid site where I can email or buy a replacement.
Original seller Blue Systems also disappeared.

Any pointers much appreciated.

I have replaced the entire PS before, but about a year ago when things started to go south, I just did this...

replaced a capacitor. Took a couple of hours and cost about two dollars.

Are you talking about a C24 or a Control 24?
