Just a thought; when you describe this as a "stereo problem, not being able to pan, everything is stereo", I'm wondering if this might have to do with phase not being the same on left/right. Could you somehow have switched polarity on left or right?

Much extreme panning, but that cheap drum machine is in the center, it's definetly nothing wrong with the mix. I think you have something wrong with your listening environment, cabling or something.

Same here. Panning is working fine on the actual audio. Is this a new problem, or has it always been this way?
