Account Active, Expires 01/22, Ilok license not updated

Hello,

I'm having an issue with Pro tools Ultimate license, in my Avid account everything looks fine. Active software and Support plan expires on Jan 16 2022.

However on my Ilok, my license Pro Tools expired on 01/16/2021 and has not been renewed. So I can't use the latest version of Pro Tools

I opened a case, here is the number: 04152086

I'm having a similar issue. Did not get an email to remind me that my subscription was running out (expired 31 March 2021). Renewed last week and licence still hasn't appeared in my iLok account.

Can't open a support case as I couldn't find a way of contacting support on the Avid site (apart from the chat bot which got it into it's head that I had a broken iLok).

Both of you should be all set now.

If anyone else experiences this, please check the Publisher License ID column for your license in iLok License Manager (right+click the column heading to enable this if you don't see it). That field should show your System ID - if it's blank there's a problem and you should start a support case via the Support Center link in my.avid.com or the Contact Support link at avid.com/learn-and-support/contact-audio-and-music-support
