floating fader bug ?

Happening in every session the floating fader for my sends randomly have a frozen fader on first opening.I have to close it and reopen it once to have a working fader.

Yesterday it was even weirder :

Opening a send gave me a 2 knobs fader - and frozen

One knob on "-infinite" and the other on" 0db" (as it supposed to be from my session)

Same as above, had to close it first to return to normal.

Wish I had take a screenshot .

I just did a cleaning of all the PT preferences 3 days ago but still doing it

Strange. Does it happen in a blank session with no plugins, or if all plugins are disabled? Might be worth downloading a fresh copy of 2021.12 and do an uninstall/reinstall of Pro Tools.
