Hey
There are two places where they are located: Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins (AAX) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plug-Ins (TDM & RTAS)

for RTAS or AAX32 bit it would be Program Files (x86)> then the rest of the file paths already listed (unless you are on a 32 bit OS)
Pro Tools 12 will use the top one listed above.
