How have you gone through 2 units already when the back order line is still quite deep? Who did you order your mbox 3 pro's from?

Looks like they are starting to trickle out. Picked up my unit from Guitar Center in Chicago on Dec 2nd. I guess they got it in a week prior but the SQU didn't match so they couldn't "receive" it, aka sell it, till it was fixed in their computer.

Well, I opted to have mine shipped to the store and I just got confirmation that it's there. I'll be picking it up in a couple of hours. I feel like a little kid on Christmas morning..lol

Got mine this afternoon. It is HEAVY. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet since I'm at work. Hope I get a chance this weekend though.

Yeah, it is heavy. This is one serious piece of hardware. I've got my Mac optimized and I'm setting it up now.

My MBox Pro seems to be working great. Just got round to playing with it. What problems did you have with yours?

Mine is working great too. I did have an issue in the beginning. I couldn't even playback the demo session without it stopping and sending an error. I was ready to box it up and send it back. I learned with the help of another poster that I needed to put my external drives behind the MBox in the Firewire chain. It works flawlessly now. I have two FW800 G Drives that have the Oxford 934 chipset. Apparently, with this drive/chipset, putting the Mbox last in the chain won't work. The only drawback is I have to use two 800-400 adapters, so I'm not getting the benefits of FW800. I can live with that.

Jita1 - just saw your message there. I've been having the Same problem but was posting in the windows section. I moved my glyph drive to the end of the chain and it work great now! Relieved to see someone else has their drive at the end of the chain too!
