Default Upgrade old licenses to AAX?

I have some older plugin licenses on my iLok from when I had an HD system a while back. Are these upgradable to AAX? e.g.: (Moogerfooger bundle, Pultec EQ)

Just download the new aax versions http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=340211

Your licenses stay the same

I tried doing that and my old Moogerfooger licenses still won't authorize.

Yep this link:
Moogerfooger_Bundle_11_0_0_Mac_79725.dmg

I installed them and they won't authorize. My iLok account has these authorizations:
- Moogerfooger Analog Delay (Avid)
- Moogerfooger Ring Modulator (Avid)

Check your ilok account. If the company name for these assets says "Bomb Factory", that's the problem. Contact Avid support and see if they can change them to say "Avid", that will solve the problem.

John and Southsidemusic - thanks so much for taking the time to respond! Much appreciated. Yes, the iLok authorizations say "Avid" under them and not Bomb Factory. How do I contact Avid support on this issue - it appears I need to pay them?

It is supposed to say Avid on them so thats not the issue. Have you reinstalled them and maybe repaired the licenses on the ilok key as users have been doing that and got licenses to work again. Try repair and see if that works from the ILM Program.

Also try to put the ilok in another usb port as it might reset a little bit so change ports after you repaired the ilok licenses from the ilok license manager and see if that does anything. Have you also VERY important, deleted the plists for both Avid and Digidesign under preferences so Pro Tools re-scans fresh plugin lists into the program and maybe that will help out so PT sees the new licenses. The old code needs to be replaced so delete both plists froml digi and avid.
