PT 7.4 Cost??

Is it a free update or no? I am on 7.1 and was going to update to 7.3 but am now wondering if I would save money waiting a bit longer for 7.4? Anyone got any advice? Is 7.4 going to be free for 7.3 users? Thanks!

Well, I'm sure there will be some sort of amnesty program, if you buy 7.3 now I would hazard you've a pretty good shot at gettng 7.4 for free once it comes out since it has been announced already.

However, keep in mind 7.4 is a new release, and there are sure to be a number of bugs with that first version, so you might want to stay on 7.3.1 until 7.4.1 comes out, or at least until 7.4 comes out and some user feedback comes in on the stability etc. of the new version.

I'd say $75 USD and yeah, definitely wait till the first updater for it the way things have been in PT's 7 land...

Typicaly around 30 days from purchase for hardware I think.

hmmm, I was from Lakewood. my brother used to play with Lucky Pierre whose one member, Trent Reznor has made quite a name for himself....lotta great musicians in that town. My cousin Greg Hurd is quite the hot keyboard player in that area.
And my cousin Patricia Heaton of "Everybody Loves Raymond" was a singer before an actress. Cleveland is just a great music town.
