SRC not working on "Import Audio" PT 2021.3.1 Ultimate

I am experiencing the issue with SRC not working on "Import Audio". No matter what source sample rate I specify the files are imported at their original sample rate, so no speed changes are available (I've been using this feature for speeding up/slowing down audio for almost 20 years). I tried every combination of settings in Preferences with no results. MacBook Pro M1 13" 16GB, MacOS 11.6.1 clean install, PT Ultimate 2021.3.1. I found a dedicated thread for this bug here

but I wonder is it only me and only one other person who experience this bug? I find this variable sample rate SRC function essential for many Post workflows.

I also had this problem recently on PT Ultimate 2021.3.0, I'm running OS 10.15.7 on a 2019 Mac Pro.

I found that doing Import Session Data and making the SRC there worked as SRC on Import Audio did on previous versions.

Thank you Will! Nice to know that they fixed it in 2021.7. I had stuttering GUI in 2021.6 and per the advice of others experiencing similar problems with M1 Macs rolled back to 2021.3.1. Haven't tried 2021.7 because I read that this stuttering issue is still there. Looks like I need to try 2021.10.

I'm on a 2018 Mac Mini i7 FWIW. Haven't updated to 2021.10, too busy to test it out.

Hi Dimitri

Yes I noticed this as well. It works if you import tracks and do the sample rate conversion and also if you use the custom option and manually enter the sample rate.

Installed 2021.12. The Import Audio SRC works now! No GUI stutter encountered yet as well. Looks like a nice release.
