Default RIAA website hacked...anyone see it?

I just read that the RIAA website was hacked and altered into an extreme state of humor. Ignore the fact that hackers are "terrible" people, doing gazillions of dollars of damage...did anyone see it before it was taken down for repair? Was it really that funny?

I never thot the industry itself would become so hostile to the music environment. Oh well, can't happen to a more deserving bunch.

The RIAA - the group that wants it to be legal for them to hack anyone they "think" may have downloaded mp3s getting hacked themselves....priceless

They have also reportedly been hit with several DOS attacks in the last couple weeks.

I don't personally believe that hacking a website is right or good, but if its going to happen, couldn't have happened to a more deserving group.

Is this the beginning of the end of the RIAA? Have they become so desperate as to resort to Internet warfare? Who will win? Certainly NOT the Artists.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">While the Internet industry distracts everybody by pointing the accusing finger at the RIAA, at the same time they are lobbying for legislation that is going to severely cripple what artists can get paid for their recordings. Beware of the folks you pay for Internet access, the less we get paid, the more profit they earn. What the telecom networks are pushing makes the RIAA look like saints! The RIAA doesn't own the original copyrights, you and I do.
