APOGEE Rosetta 200 with x-hd card

can anyone help APOGEE Rosetta 200 with x-hd card...nothing works with PT7.1cs10 ... reason ...plugins ...some instrument plugins like trilogy can not be seen ... always that c++ error ... and out of memory errors ...sometimes PT doesnt see the unit ...i have to off/on rosetta ... thank you ... ... i made the reset thing and tried to update the firmware ... but nothing helps ...my God so much problmes for such an expensive system ...
